How To Use:

Fix the controller to the pad

Paste the pad to the right location of your abdomen

Paste the pad to the location which the picture shows: Abdomen

Press M button to turn on the controller, the indicator light will be turned on, it will change different mode when press M button, total have 6 modes.

Press + key to start the work, and then press + key to adjust the intensity. Press + one time the intensity will increase one grade, Press – key one time, it will decrease one grade.

When you want to turn off the power, press – key several times until the power turns off.
